This call is asking for insights on how diversity and culture define the way we work. From inclusive hiring and neurodiversity to accessibility, hybrid work models, and leadership for belonging, we explore how culture drives innovation and resilience.

This edition of dotmagazine on Diversity & Working Culture welcomes articles from members, partners, and customers of the eco Association / DE-CIX Group. We invite contributions that highlight how diversity, inclusion, and new models of collaboration are reshaping work culture and driving innovation.
Contributions can take the form of:
- Opinion articles
- “How-to” articles
- Research-based articles
- Business stories focused on a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) (see template)
- Case studies (see template)
- Interviews
- Practical guides

To boost the profile of women in the Internet industry, we are particularly keen to have the voices of women heard in our industry insights. We therefore especially welcome articles, quotes, and case studies which are (co-)written by, feature, or quote Women in Tech.
